MBA PROGRAM.
The purpose of the MBA program is to train managerial staff who implement a relevant system of knowledge and skills in business, able to manage processes and human resources for the successful management of Kazakhstani and international organizations.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1. Analyze business strategies, markets, theories, and models in today's business environment.
2. Conduct research using quantitative methods, economic methods of analysis and forecasting to identify business problems and find evidence-based ways to solve them.
3. Generalize knowledge of taxation, financial accounting and auditing, analysis of financial statements and skills to apply financial ratios to ensure sustainability and growth of financial and economic performance.
4. Classify the analytical methods of management, analysis and problem solving, decision making and their implementation in practice.
5. To master the skills of planning, analysis and control of marketing activities using digital tools for managerial decision making.
6. Demonstrate leadership skills, techniques for effective communication, problem solving, negotiation, and team building.
7. Draft ethical business solutions for the benefit of stakeholders, positively impacting the reputation and business image of the organization.
8. Design innovative business models for organizations based on the integration of fundamental knowledge of types of innovation and innovation management strategies with skills in assessing innovation processes, foresight, analysis of megatrends in the global economy, and application of innovation management tools.
9. Integrate operational and strategic management knowledge with the application of planning skills and tools, time management, building communications, managing group dynamics, and team building to achieve personal and corporate goals.
10. To take into account the individual psychological characteristics of the individual for the development of effective communications with all stakeholders.
