EMBA PROGRAM
"Strategic Management"
The goal of the program is to train highly qualified personnel with the skills to integrate business knowledge and crisis management to make strategic decisions.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1. Apply theories and methods of economic research to identify business problems and find evidence-based ways to solve them.
2. Apply strategic approaches to financial analysis considering various factors.
3. Apply innovative methods of analysis and forecasting in an unstable market environment.
4. To work with various sources of information, information resources and technologies, applying methods, ways and means of obtaining, storing, searching, systematizing, processing and transferring information.
5. To make decisions in non-standard situations, being guided by norms and principles of social and ethical responsibility for the decisions made.
6. To implement personal and professional development strategies by prioritizing
