Rules and Regulations
Undergraduate and graduate students (only NPM directions, doctoral students after the end of 1 academic period can apply for participation in academic mobility programs.
There are 2 types of academic mobility:
- Internal (within Kazakhstan)
- External (abroad)
Before applying for the program, please check the list of opportunities (link) and the list of partner universities (link)
The duration of the study period is not less than 1 month and not more than 12 months.
Before or during the study period abroad, students are not allowed to suspend or terminate their studies at KazUEFIT.
Mobility costs can be covered:
- By means of Erasmus + programs;
- By means of MES RK;
- Students' own funds
Students who want to participate in such programs should not have any debt (financial, academic).
The average score must be at least 3.0
To apply for the program, a student must:

After submitting this application, our team will contact you. If your application has been successfully approved, you need to collect the originals of the following documents:
- Application addressed to the rector (download)
- 2 pictures 3 * 4
- Transcript
- Copy of passport / ID
- Letters of recommendation (2)
- Certificate of proficiency in a foreign language (if required)
- CV (Europass)
- Other certificates (letters)
All documents will be considered by the University Coordination Council
Students must check all program requirements before applying.
After the student is approved for the program, the coordinators review the learning plans. Usually some courses do not cover all home university credits or are too different. In this case, the student can take these courses in the summer semester upon return, or study them online.
According to internal regulations, students pay home tuition fees while studying at another university, but must pay the difference in subjects that have not been recognized. 1 ECTS = 5800 tenge. You can check the number of ECTS in your Platonus or with your curator.
