Shuitenov Gabit was born on July 5, 1973 in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. After graduating from high school in 1990, he entered the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, majoring in Physics and Computer Science. After completing his studies with honors, he was appointed a teacher of the Department of Computer Science and Technology of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov. Continuous work experience in the higher education system begins in 1995, in which Shuitenov G., went from a teacher, senior lecturer of the departments of "Information Systems", to the position of director of the Center for Distance Learning Technologies and the positions of dean of the correspondence faculty and the Faculty of e-learning.

In the period from 2016 to the present, he worked as the dean of the Faculty of Distance Learning. The main functions were the management and control of the educational process, the introduction of new information technologies and distance learning technologies, the installation and implementation of online training systems (based on Linux), the in-house development of an internal electronic document management and accounting system (YII 2 framework), the deployment of cloud storage systems, optimization and automation of administrative and educational processes, conducting training seminars and webinars for teaching staff.

Author of more than 45 publications on the subject of the candidate's dissertation, on the issues of informatization of education, the introduction of innovative digital technologies, ensuring the reliability and security of information systems. 2 articles in journals of the USA and the UK (percentile 47), 5 articles of the CQAES, 2 textbooks, the Hirsch Index - 2. He was an expert of the Erasmus+ project "Professional Bachelor's and Master's degree program in development, administration, management and protection of computer systems and networks at enterprises of Moldova, Kazakhstan, Vietnam - LMPI 2017-2020".

Awarded the Diploma of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2018.
