THE WEEK OF THE DEPARTMENT "SOCIAL WORK AND TOURISM" WAS HELD AT ESIL UNIVERSITY

From September 25 to September 29, 2023, the week of the department "Social Work and Tourism" was held. The teaching staff held events of various formats and levels.

The grand opening of the week took place on September 25. The Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, PhD Mukhamemedzhanova A.A. and PhD, head of the educational program "Tourism" Sadykov Zh.A. made welcoming remarks.

And also on the first day, a training seminar was held for students of the OP "Tourism" on the topic: "Akamedic mobility of a modern student", at which the head of the Department of International Cooperation E.B. Zadanova, as well as students who studied under the academic mobility program, spoke.

On September 26, a master class was organized for teachers in accordance with the plan of methodological seminars "School of a young teacher". The lecture was held on the topic: "Kazakhstan Republikasy fizikalyk zhane ekonomikalyk, geografiyalyk sipattama", the lecturer was Ph.D., Professor Auezova Z.T. And was also given a star creative contest for the best congratulatory poster for the International Day of Tourism "Tourism and green investments".

On September 27, a tourist relay race "Techniques and tactics of active types of tourism" was held in front of the university building for students of the OP "Tourism", where students were able to practice all the skills and techniques needed during hikes.

Within the framework of the International Tourism Day, Esil University hosted a forum on the topic "Trends in the development of tourism and hospitality in Kazakhstan". The forum was attended by Talgat Amanbayev, Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakh Tourism National Company JSC, Aigerim Yesenalieva, Executive Director of the Eurasian Tourism Association, Erik Sultanov, Chairman of the Management Board of Qazaq Geography, heads of leading travel companies, as well as faculty, students of Esil University.

On September 28, the SRiT department held a master class for teachers in accordance with the plan of methodological seminars "School of a young teacher". The speaker of the lecture was Master Musabayeva A.K., raising the topic: "Tourism salasyndagi iskerlik baylanys zhane communication". On the same day, students of the OP "Tourism" visited the State Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The week of the department "Social Work and Tourism" was completed by summing up the results of the creative contest for the best congratulatory poster and the contest "Best video clip", "Best post" about the educational program "Tourism". Students and curators were presented with letters of thanks, as well as memorable gifts.
