A round table was held at Esil University on the eve of the National Currency Day

On the eve of the National Currency Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a round table was held at Esil University with the participation of representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Higher Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan", Forte Bank, as well as among the invited guests a Kazakh financier, banker, economist, the first chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Galym Baynazarov.

The round table was held on the topic: "The 30th anniversary of the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan - tenge: the current state and trends in the development of the Financial and credit system", within which the importance and impact of tenge on the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed, as well as topical issues related to the development of the financial and credit system were considered.

As well as the first chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the creator of the tenge, Galym Baynazarov, was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor of Esil University" for many years of work and partnership with the university.

It is worth noting that graduates of the Finance Department of Esil University work in state financial bodies: Ministries, committees and departments, departments and departments of state revenue and Treasury, national companies, branches of the National Bank, second-tier banks, credit organizations, insurance companies, investment funds.
