ABOUT THE ROLE OF AKHMET BAITURSYNULY IN THE FORMATION OF NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE KAZAKH ETHNICITY

As part of the week of languages ​​and the celebration of the anniversary year of Akhmet Baitursynuly, teachers of the department “Social and Humanitarian Disciplines” held a literary evening on the topic “Ultyn Ulyktagan Uly Tulga”.

1st year students of the specialties “Finance”, “Business and Law” took an active part in organizing the event. They prepared presentations about the life and work of the poet, linguist, educator, one of the founders of Kazakh journalism, leader of the Alash party Akhmet Baitursynuly.

Fundamental to his creative and scientific activities is selfless service to his native people. In the process of research activities, students became convinced that his entire adult life was devoted to the formation of the national self-awareness of the Kazakh ethnic group.

This is evidenced by the fundamental works of the scientist in the field of Kazakh linguistics and methods of teaching the Kazakh language. A. Baitursynuly also created a new alphabet that takes into account the peculiarities of the Kazakh language.

Thanks to A. Baitursynuly and his associates, schools and universities were opened in the Kazakh language. Providing them with high-quality teaching aids and programs was the main task of the Academy of Education, the head of which was Ult Ustazy.
