An online lecture was held on the topic: "Errors in the collection of information. Methods of collecting information"

Within the framework of the discipline "Algorithms of data mining", researcher at the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia) Artem Karateev conducted another lesson on the topic "Errors in collecting information. Methods of collecting information".

The lecture was attended by students of 3-4 courses of the department "Information systems and Technologies".

During the lecture, students were told about typical errors that occur during data collection and their impact on the results of the analysis. It also provided an overview of various methods of information collection, including surveys, observation and use of existing data sources, as well as approaches to adjust and improve the quality of the collected data.
