A meeting of the curators of the Faculty of Business and Management took place

The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Business and Management held a meeting with the curators-advisors with the participation of the Vice-rector for Social and Educational Work, the Dean of the Faculty and the deputy dean.

Vice-rector for social and educational work Kalkamanov Saken Amangeldinovich acquainted the curators with the plan of educational work for the 2023-2024 academic year, informed the curators about the current problems of educational work with young people, such as cyberbullying, financial pyramids, electronic cigarettes, etc

. The vice-rector also informed about the need to carry out work on assessing the degree of adaptation of first-year students at the university, to advise students on health, safety, psychological adaptation, etc.

In order to involve students in studios and creative teams to participate in cultural and sports events, he recalled that students can be sent to the Youth Affairs Committee.

Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management Alina Gulzhan Baltabaevna acquainted the curators with the directions of educational work for the 2023-2024 academic year. The dean also recalled that the purpose of curatorial work is to raise the educational and household discipline of students, adapt them to new social conditions, create a cohesive and creative team in the group, organize the life and leisure of students, introduce democratic principles of group management, develop responsibility and civic maturity among students.

Deputy Dean of M.E., senior lecturer Kerimkulova Dinara Dzhambulatovna acquainted the curators with the Regulations on curators and advisors of Esil University, according to which the curators should monitor the implementation of the group's work plans, coordinate the activities of the group's assets, and are also the main link between the academic group and the administration of the faculty and university. Curators need to spend curatorial hours and familiarize students with the internal regulations, the charter and organizational structure of the university, the Esil University honor Code, the academic calendar for the 2023-2024 academic year.
