Faculty of Business and Management held curatorial hours for 1st year students
In the period from 04 to 12 September 2023, open curatorial hours were held in the 1st year groups of the educational programs of the Faculty "Business and Management" with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty, Deputy Dean, Director of the scientific library, head of the International Cooperation Department and head of the Youth Affairs Committee.
In order to introduce students to the corporate culture of Esil University, Dean of the Faculty, PhD, Associate Professor Alina Gulzhan Baltabaevna acquainted students with the internal regulations and the Code of Honor of university students. Also, the dean of the faculty informed about the available discounts and benefits for certain categories of students and the necessary documents to obtain them.
Deputy Dean of M.E., senior lecturer Kerimkulova Dinara Dzhambulatovna acquainted students with the reference guide for the 2023-2024 academic year and the academic calendar, and also explained the features of credit technology of education, the process of organizing the educational process, the system of control and evaluation of students' knowledge, the rules of transfer to the next academic course, the schedule of tuition fees.
The director of the scientific library Mustafina Sayran Yelubayevna acquainted the students with the conditions and schedule of the scientific library, reading room and electronic library.
The head of the Department of International Cooperation Zadanova Elmira Bekbolatovna and the chief specialist of the department Amanova Madina Imanovna presented students with information on dual degree programs and academic mobility of students, familiarized with the conditions for admission to partner universities of Esil University.
In order to form a creative environment and complete student clubs of activists, the head of the Youth Affairs Committee Askar Miras acquainted students with the existing clubs of Esil University and invited students to join the ranks of university activists. Miras also said that travel tickets are issued for students from large families.
