Rector took part in the ceremony of raising the national flag

Rector of Esil University Ayapbergen Taubayev took part in the solemn ceremony of raising the national flag, which was held at the ethnomemorial complex "Atameken" with the participation of the head of state. 

During the event, the best graduates of military universities were awarded officer shoulder straps from the hands of the President.  

The President also stressed that it is the duty of every citizen to honor sacred symbols. In this context, he pointed out the educational significance of today's ceremony.

At the end, the honor guard companies of the State Security Service, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs marched in front of the President and the participants of the ceremony.
