Online meeting with students on the issues of mandatory processing of the state grant

An online meeting “Mandatory training of young specialists and Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) took place at Esil University” with students studying on the basis of a state order.

This lecture was organized jointly with the Financial Center JSC on the issues of mandatory three-year testing.

The meeting is conditioned by the requirements of paragraph 17 of Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the Rules for sending young specialists to work, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.03.2012 No. 390, according to which young specialists and PhD students studying under a state educational grant are required to work out.

The representative of the financial center spoke in detail about the rules of mandatory working off, the terms of working off, where they should work, who and under what circumstances can receive a temporary deferral and exemption from working off at the time of distribution and answered the questions of graduate students.
