On April 3, 2023, on the basis of the Department of "Information systems and technologies", a guest lecture was held for students in the educational programs "Information systems", "Information technologies and data protection" with the head of the Department of "Information Systems" of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Tusupov Jamalbek Aliaskarovich on the topic: “Digital image processing. Methods for identifying and highlighting homogeneous areas in texture images.

The lecture aroused great interest among the students. Many questions were asked. There were discussions on some issues.

At the end of the lectures, the students expressed their gratitude to the invited guest.
