Nauryz: Cross-Cultural Day at Esil University was held at a great level

Esil University hosted an event dedicated to intercultural relations between Kazakhstan and India with the participation of the Indian Embassy in Kazakhstan and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center. The event was dedicated to celebration of Nauryz and the annual Indian Holi festival.

Ayapbergen Taubaev the rector of Esil University and director of Indian cultural center Sanjay Vedi expressed their congratulation speeches.

The event featured a vibrant concert program, performances by the university's student clubs, creative groups from the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, and students from Kyrgyzstan studying on academic mobility. Also, Ms. Vidya, the choreographer of the cultural center prepared a student flash mob. At the festive evening invited guests and students of the university made presentations about the traditions and customs of Nauryz and the Indian Holi festival.

At the end of the event, activists and participants in the essay competition were awarded diplomas and gifts.
