As part of the week of the Finance Department, a guest lecture dedicated to the National Currency Day was organized for students of the 2-3 courses of the Finance educational program with the invitation of the First Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baynazarov Galym Baynazarovich.

During the lecture on the topic: "On the introduction of the national currency and the problems of the monetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the issues of the necessity and content of the monetary reform of 1993 were highlighted, in which G.B. Baynazarov took a direct part, heading the banking system of the republic. The second part of the lecture was devoted to the current problems of the modern monetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The lecturer shared his vision of further development of the banking system and monetary regulation.
