Students and Esil University tested their knowledge of management

A management week was held at Esil University from 1 to 4 November.  The event was initiated by the teachers of the Department of Management. 

The Week of Management was opened by PhD doctor, Head of the Department of Management, Saltanat Valieva. 

Also, within the framework of the Week, a video contest was held among students of 1-4 courses on the topic "My future profession is a manager". On November 1, on the opening day, a curatorial hour was held on the topic "My choice is Management".

One of the important events within the framework of the management week was an international round table jointly with the Russian State Social University on the topic "New trends in the development of Socio-economic processes in the post-pandemic period: the view of young scientists" in an online format. 

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Science of Esil University Dametken Turekulova addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech. She thanked the partners for participating in the international event and set the topic of the future dialogue. The round table discussed the issues of trends in the development of the digital economy and management in the region. The speakers told what competencies managers need to develop in modern conditions.

On November 3, a round table Open lesson on the discipline "Innovation Management" was held on the topic "Innovatialyk kyzmetti koldaudyn alemdik tazhiribesi" with the participation of students of 2-4 courses of the Department of Management. 

The most fruitful day of the week was November 3, as 2 intellectual games were held on the topics: “Top managers” and “Management is an art” among students of Esil University. Students discussed various areas of management in groups, compiled and presented their projects. The teams of students coped with the task, made interesting promises, learned a lot of new useful information, were able to apply their knowledge on a practical example.

At the end of the Esil University Management Week, the results of the video contest were summed up. The jury of the competition evaluated the quality of all submitted videos of students.
