Meeting with FAB LAB representatives

Today, a meeting with representatives of the Fab Laboratory of Nazarbayev University was held for students of Esil University.

During the meeting, students of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies learned what a "FAB LAB" is, received information about the activities and programs of the "Nur-Sultan Business Campus Fab Lab" – the first laboratory of digital production in Kazakhstan.

The lecture was conducted by Zarina Kupenova, Head of the FAB LAB at Nazarbayev University. She said that Fab Lab (Fabrication Laboratory) is a worldwide network of laboratories with the most advanced equipment for digital production, it allows you to turn any idea into a finished product. The laboratory employs experienced consultants who will help everyone with the help of modern equipment to make layouts of various projects. The Laboratory also conducts courses for everyone in various fields: electronics, digital modeling, analog circuitry and design.
