The debate tournament for the Akim's Cup was held at Esil University

Esil University hosted a city debate tournament among students of higher and secondary educational institutions Astana Debut Cup 2022. The event was timed to the Republic Day. The organizers were the KSU "Astana Zhastary" of the Akimat of Astana.

The main goal of the tournament is the formation of skills for discussing personal and meta-subject educational outcomes related to communication skills.

More than 30 teams from the capital's colleges and universities took part in the debate tournament. The tournament was held in the state (Kazakh) language. The topics of the debate were as follows: economy, law, political activity of young people and export of Kazakh agricultural products.

At the end of the tournament, the winners and prize-winners of the tournament were awarded the Akim's Cup, as well as the jury members noted the distinguished debaters and awarded memorable gifts.
