Memo to the student

During their stay at the Esil University Institution, students and employees must comply with the rules of conduct and etiquette, as well as the University Charter, the Student Honor Code, and other internal regulations and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this regard, we remind you that

it is strictly prohibited on the territory of the University:

use obscene language or use words that offend the honor and dignity of others;

 use of tobacco products, vapes, electronic cigarettes, etc. within the walls of the University, with the exception of specially designated places for these purposes;

 organization and participation in gambling;

 Disrespectful behavior towards teachers, staff, students and guests of the University.

For violation of these requirements, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses provides for liability, namely: 

* Article 434. Minor hooliganism (obscene language in public places, etc.) entails a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to ten days (from March 2023, respectively, 20 MCI and 15 days).

* Article 441. Consumption of tobacco products entails a fine on individuals in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices.

* Article 444. Participation in gambling entails a fine on individuals in the amount of two hundred monthly calculation indices with confiscation of playing accessories, money, things and other valuables.

The Administration takes all necessary measures to prevent offenses on the territory of the University.
