Dear colleague!

In order to improve the educational process, the rectorate asks you to fill in the questionnaire below and is looking forward to receive honest answers to the questions posed.

Please, assess, degree of manifestation of qualities of your colleagues – Lecturer – listed according to five-point scale from 0 to 5 point, were 5 is the maximum degree (level) of manifestation of a given quality or parameter of assessment (Yes, I completely agree with the statement); 0 – Complete absence of a given quality or parameter of assessment (No, I strongly disagree with the statement).
